When I first began breeding KittyCatS!, I have to admit that I didn’t really go into it with the idea of making money. As a proud cat mom in RL, I just found these cute virtual kitties irresistible.
But then I started browsing the markets…and buying cats…
Well, let’s just say that I need to make some lindens to pay for their kibble. My virtual kitties are pampered and adored, but their kittens will have to go to good homes. (If it were up to me, I’d keep them all and have one big sim full of kitties, but that’s just not in the cards for now.)
So we now have a little store area as well as a Marketplace store. It’s been a slow process learning everything, but I’m getting there. Whether it was taking pics or even opening the store, it took a bit of research on figuring out the best way to get things done. The steps may change over time, but at least I’ve got a start.
And one thing I’ve discovered may help you too! Here’s the tip:
One of the best ways to take a pic of a KittyCatS! box is to right click on the box in your inventory, mouse down to “Attach to HUD,” and then choose “Center.” Finally edit the item and rotate the box 180 degrees on the Z axis so that the right side is facing you. By doing this, you will be able to take a screenshot without local lighting affecting the pic.
I’m sure I’ll make mistakes, but my kitties, fennux, and soon fawns are depending on me.
