When I’m feeling discouraged in real life, I’ll often seek out some “retail therapy” in Second Life. Not exactly the best way to handle issues, but I suppose it could be worse.
Although I sometimes shop for clothes or accessories, the majority of the time I’ll go out browsing the KittyCatS markets. Who doesn’t need more kitties in their life?
I was in a bit of a funk the other day and sought out special KittyCatS in The ScratchN Post. I didn’t find any cats to add to my clowder, but I did smile when I saw the above scene. Those kitties looking at my picture gave me a small attitude adjustment, so to speak.
I love those little things like this that we find in Second Life. A sim’s spectacular decor is awesome, of course. Frequently, though, small, personal details can make the most impact on the person exploring.
